I get year 1 as my students so i have to shape them..stress on their dicipline...
Life as a teacher is ok... As i used to be a teacher before...
The things is...the environment are stressfull...
To be honest... I find that most of the teachers in malaysia are not deserved to be a teacher.... They are bias,the politics in this job is very high... They are unrasional unprofesional... What i face is, they have to be a mentor to a practicum teacher...but bcause of they are not profesional...they rather choose to gossips and find our fault rather than help and show us the rght things...
Even their own students also is a good topic to gossips... It is really a shame!!
I just pray tht i can get through this practicum succesfully...n never come back as a teacher again... As longas their system not changing yet
