Resepi Spaghetti Bolognese Ayam Mudah Dan Sedap

She suka makanan western, sbb bgi She makanan western ni mudah, senang,simple.
Bahan nak masak pun tak banyak. Tapi tak She nafikan,masakan melayu dan gabungan masakan india tak tertanding, dek rasa dan rempah ratusnya.

 Antara yg paling She suka, dalam masakan western malaysia ni, pasta la.. Biasa kalau pening nak memikir makan apa, tapi perut dah kriuk-2 meragam, Tangan She cepat je jalan masak-2 jadi pasta...hehe
Pasta tu pun tak cepat rosak,tahan lama.

 She suka kata-2 ni, sebab bagi She,manusia terlalu senang menunding jari mencari salah dan kurang org lain, tapi kita lupa, apa yg kita buat manusia-2 lain rasa, dan fikir, melambangkan ceritera diri kita sendiri. Apabila kita buat orang mempunyai aura positif, kita menceritakan bahawa diri kita pun positif. Dan setiap perbuatan baik itu,ada balas nya. In shaa allah. Jadi rekalah cerita kita sebaiknya.😄

 Berbalik pada resepi, jom She share Cara Membuat Pasta Blognese ayam yg sedap dan mudah.

Bahan-bahan
  • 500gm spaghetti/1 paket
  • 1tin Sos Pasta Tradisional/Original
  • 500gm daging ayam cincang
  • 1 tin cendawan butang dipotong 4
  • 1 labu bawang besar di blend/potong dadu
  • 3 ulas bawang putih di blend/potong dadu
  • 3 biji tomato segar di potong 4
  • 1 batang carrot di potong dadu(optional)
  • 2sudu besar sos cili
  • 3sudu besar sos tomato
  • 1/2 sudu besar minyak zaitun
  • 2sudu besar butter
  • Garam dan gula secukupnya
  • parmesan cheese diparut(optional)
  • serbuk oregano kering(optional)
 Untuk spaghetti,korang boleh je gunakan apa-2  jenama favourite korang. Macam She pula, She tak kisah apa-2 jenama. Yang biasa She gunakan Kimball dan San Remo. Namun She akan jadi sangat specific dengan teksturnya. She wajib guna sphagetti Capellini atau nama famous kat malaysia ni, sbg Angel Hair... sebab capellini ni paling halus.. jadi kita tak mudah muak dan tak mudah kembang apabila dimasak lama.

So Cara-2 merebus spaghetti
  • Rebus air 2 liter dan masukkan 1/2 sudu besar minyak zaitun tu bersama. Pada yg suka letak pasta masin-2 skit pun boleh letak sekali time ni dalam 2sudu kecik
  • Petua meletakkan olive oil semasa merebus ni, She dapat semasa zaman belajar dulu, bila selalu masak-2 dengan kawan dari Tanzania. Tujuan nye utk mengelakkan pasta tu melekat-2 antara satu sama lain, dan memberi hasil rebusan pasta yg cantik.
  • Masukkan sphagetti apabila air mendidih
  • Apabila sudah dimasak, boleh la diangkat dan toskan.
Cara-2 Membuat Sos Bolognse
  • Cairkan butter dengan api sederhana
  • Tumiskan bawang besar dan bawang putih yg di blend/potong dadu sampai layu dan naik bau
  • Masukkan ayam cincang
  • Masukkan sayuran,goreng sehingga lembut.butter boleh ditambah jika kering
  • Masukkan Sos pasta Original
  • Masukkan satu tin air kedalam pasta menggunakan tin Sos pasta
  • Masukkan Tomato yang dipotong 4
  • Masukkan garam dan gula scukup rasa
  • Biarkan mendidih dengan api perlahan

Apabila selesai boleh lah hidangkan dengan taburan  herba oregano kering dan parmesan cheese jika suka. Selamat mencuba,boleh la share dgn she nanti kat comment, korang punya pic bolognese pasta.😍😍

Promosi Acme Spa Sempena Christmass dan Akhir Tahun.

 Sedar Tak sedar, kejap je dah nak habis setahun. Meningkat lagi satu tahun usia She. Terasa sangat pantas sebab She February Baby..Awal Minggu pula tu. Bila ingat balik nak gelak pulak..sebab birthday She yg terlalu cpt setiap tahun, buat She jadi takut. Takut cepat tua,takut cepat kerepot, dgn sesetengah perangai she yg boleh kata matang dr usia pun ya..

 Mulalah She amalkan semua petua, cuci muka sambil urut tarik sbb takut dgn double chin. Cakap sopan santun sebab arwah mak pernah bgtau, makcik tu ada double chin sbb suka cakap membentak-2...senyum dengan gelak pun tak berani besar-2 sebab takut dgn laughing line...hahahah kelakau bila ingat, naif dan percaya sgt. Macam tula She obses sgt dengan kecantikan.

 Tapi bila makin dewasa ni She lantakkan aje...gelak sepuas hati sbb She percaya hormon yg balance buat kita jadi awet muda, penuaan tu pasti, tp kalau penuaan pun...She nak make sure "She's ageing gracefully" kata orang putih. Dan ada petua yg zaman budak she buat smpai skrg, macam urut tu.. sbb she blaja skrg pun urut tu bagus, dan mmg kene praktik utk membentuk wajah kita.

 Tapi sekarang zaman dah moden, sesuai dengan kita yang slalu sibuk ni...tapi dalam sibuk-2 pun..kita perlu masa utk diri sdri kan, rehat,relax. So She ada benda best nak share, utk bulan Dec ni..yang mana korang boleh relax,rehat,cantik,dan poket tak barai.hehe. Sebab Acme Spa Buat Promosi Christmass HARGA SERIOUS TANGKAP LELEH!MURAHHH SGT. She suka sgt taw, sebab dorang buat seikhlas hati, even murah, dan bukan cincai-2 punya beautician yg treat kita. Hygienic,trained and proven. Jom-3. Check this out.

TANDA-TANDA ANDA SEDANG MENGGUNAKAN PRODUK TINGGI BAHAN MERKURI BERBAHAYA!

1.Tekstur krim nampak berkilat, apabila disapu pada kaca atau cermin, ia berkilat bermaksud produk mengandungi mercury. Krim kecantikan yang baik, warnanya lebih solid dan tidak berkilat.

2.Baunya agak keras, berbau seperti logam, atau terlalu wangi kerana dicampur pewangi untuk menutup bau logam tapi masih menyengat!

3.Berwaspada pada produk kecantikan disertakan dengan krim anti radang. Kerana pemakaian bahan bermerkuri tinggi akan menimbulkan rasa gatal yang amat sangat serta pedih di awal pemakaian.

4.Warna krim umumnya kuning dan putih berkilat seperti mutiara,kerana ia menggunakan pewarna tekstil,bukan pewarna kosmetik.

5.Kulit menjadi lebih sensitif terhadap sinar matahari. Kulit wajah akan terasa perih panas bila terkena sinar matahari langsung, dan kemerahan-merahan.

KESAN PENGGUNAAN MERKURI
1.Jerawat akan kurang atau tidak tumbuh! Tapi hanya sementara sahaja,Kerana lapisan kulit epdermis telah rosak.

2.Kulit yang rosak tidak mengandungi melanin & protein untuk melindungi kulit dari sinar uv dan matahari. Kerosakan kulit yg berpanjangan akan menyebabkan kulit bernanah!

3.Berisiko kulit akan sunburn dan bertukar menjadi tompok-tompok yang susah dirawat mahupun dengan rawatan laser.Jangan sampai macam ni ya.

Congratulations on making it to 24! You’re still young, but you’re starting to move into fully-mature adulthood. So how exactly should you change you life for the better? Start by following this guide that outlines 10 things you should stop doing right now!

1. Stop buying cheap clothes.

As a teenager and young adult, it’s fine to buy clothes and only wear them a few times, changing them as fashion dictates. However, now you’re older and probably settling into your first serious job, it’s time to start taking style more seriously. Invest in a few key pieces rather than buying a new wardrobe every few weeks.

2. Stop dating unsuitable ones.

It can be hard to find someone worthy of your time and attention, but by the time you reach your mid-twenties, you should have a better idea about what you need in a partner. Don’t waste your time on experimenting with people who you know, deep down, are not right for you. Strike a balance between being realistic and being too willing to give people a chance.

3. Stop caring what other people think.

It’s human nature to worry about what other people think of us, and no-one likes to feel as though they are being judged or criticized. However, being overly concerned with others’ opinions can cause you to lose sleep and even sacrifice your cherished dreams and ambitions in favour of living someone else’s idea of a great life. Trust your own judgement first and foremost.

4. Stop blaming your parents.

Sure, no-one’s parents are perfect and yours probably made their fair share of mistakes. However, it’s too easy to fall into the trap of blaming your parents or your upbringing for any current issues you may have. This isn’t productive, and will sour familial relationships.

Are you guilty of holding onto aspirations that you really would be best off releasing? It may be time to trade in your old goals and ambitions for newer, more realistic aims. This doesn’t mean you have to give up on your vision of an ideal life, just that you need to keep your aspirations realistic.

6. Stop living in denial about your finances.

Those years when you could get away with being oblivious to the intricacies of your financial situation are over. It’s time to get responsible and set up a decent savings account, together with a pension plan if you haven’t got one already.

7. Stop being too nice.

This is an extension of Point 3, above, but deserves its own point. Stop people-pleasing. By your age, you should have a good idea of what you are capable of, and where your limits are. Learning how to say ‘no’ is an important step on the road to maturity.

8. Stop wasting so much time on the internet.

This is a tough one. These days, it seems as though everyone is addicted to the internet. We use it to find information, keep in touch with friends…and most of the time just browse social media unconsciously…wasting plenty of time. Learn to set time limits for yourself. You could even try one completely internet-free day per week.

9. Stop taking your health and fitness for granted.

Most of us can subject our bodies to late nights, too much alcohol and excessive junk food in college without feeling the after-effects. Unfortunately, as you move into your mid-twenties and then into your thirties, your body isn’t quite up to the task any more. Time to start eating more healthily and limiting those wild late nights!

10. Stop being messy.

How many hours have you lost looking for your wallet, cell or keys? Make this the year you finally start getting your possessions in order. Nothing makes you feel more mature than knowing exactly where your stuff is.
